With our billing service option, you’ll be assigned your own personal Billing Specialist. This person will help manage your insurance claims from submission to payout. Should any issues arise, they will be the point of contact to help resolve and remediate the situation and help make sure you get paid.
Our highly knowledgable and experienced Billing Specialists work closely with assigned clinicians to define initial expectations and needs and to make sure the billing process runs smoothly.

Before you see your client, we will verify benefits and confirm deductibles, co-pay amount, co-insurance, and maximum visits per year.
Claims are electronically submitted after they are reviewed for any discrepancies that could potentially lead to any denials.
Once ERAs/EOBs are received, we post payments and adjustments directly to each client's account.
We review denials, follow up with insurance companies on unpaid claims, resubmit claims, and file appeals. Our goal is to make sure you get paid!
We provide client billing and account management. This includes sending out invoices, statements, & superbills.
Bi-monthly reports will provide you deeper insights into your client accounts and keep you up-to-date with the financial health of your practice.

Our Billing Support Add-On option was developed for the clinician who might need a bit of help here and there (because we all know there are times when a little help would be great!).
We offer two options with this service (these can be chosen separately or combined):
Our billing support agreement allows for up to 4-hours a month of billing support for clinicians NOT in our full-service billing option.
This option is ideal for clinicians who are currently doing their own billing but may need help troubleshooting system or claims issues.
