Most frequent questions and answers

Our leasing options are as follows:

1 day/week = 4 days a month.

2 days/week = 8 days a month

3 days/week = 12 days a month

4 days/week = 16 days month

5 days/week = 20 days month

For our monthly rentals, we require a minimum of a 6-month lease, with an option of a longer-term renewal if you love your space.

We also have a teletherapy room available on a per-hour or per-day basis and will be subject to availability.

Our rent structure is dependent on your daily/monthly office needs. Please call us for more information OR sign up for an informational meeting and a tour of our suite.

All offices at ATS are fully furnished and decorated- ready for you to set up your practice. Furnishing include a couch, an armchair, a desk, and a desk chair. 

Decor is tastefully done to reflect a warm and inviting space. Clinicians leasing a full-time space (5 days/week) will be permitted to add to the decor of their office. 

Yes! Our large conference room also doubles as our group therapy room. The room includes easily moveable chairs and a table that can be arranged to your specifications. 

The conference/group room is available on a per hour basis.

Our conference room is available to all ATS clinicians on a per hour basis. It can be utilized for supervisions, trainings, or general meetings you might want to conduct. 

Our conference room can also be rented out by clinicians outside the ATS community for the purposes of conducting meetings or trainings. 

Our ‘virtual assistant’ will actually be someone in-house and available to clinicians at ATS. 

The role of the virtual assistant will include answering phones and taking messages, collecting patient intake information, scheduling intakes, and conducting benefit checks for intake appointments. 

The virtual role comes into play because we also offer this service to clinicians outside the ATS community.

So, if you’re an independent practitioner not renting space from us, you are also available to utilize all our services for your practice. 

Our Full-Billing Service package is for the clinician needing full support with their billing. 

This package includes a dedicated billing specialist who will submit claims, conduct follow-ups, and work through any appeals necessary to make sure you get paid. Your billing specialist will also routinely provide you with payout and accounts information – so you always know how your business is doing!

Clinicians choosing the Full-Billing option will also have the Virtual Assistant option and our practice management software included. 

As with all other packages, the Full-Billing Service is available to therapists outside the ATS community.

If you’d like to set up your practice in our space but need to be credentialed, we are here to help. We’ll assigned you a billing specialist who will guide you through the credentialing process and make sure you are paneled quickly. 

The best part of using our credentialing services? Our billing specialists will sit down with you to make sure you’re credentialing with the companies that will easily meet your financial goals. 

We do not have front desk service. Our waiting room will have a virtual patient management system that patients will sign-in and ping their individual therapist. This system is HIPPA-compliant and secure. 

Because there isn’t a front-desk receptionist, clinicians will be responsible for collecting their own copays and scheduling follow-up appointments. 

Yes!

Our owner, Dr. Catarina Monge, will be onsite and available 5 days a week. Our billing and virtual assistant staff works a hybrid schedule but will be in the office on routine days.

The Therapist Portal is an online portal system that we utilize with ATS therapists. 

This portal is where the majority of our communication will be conducted and most transactions will take place. For example, this will be where your billing specialist will send monthly account statements or upload any important billing document. 

The portal is also where therapists will pay for their rent and any services they’ve opted to utilize here at ATS.

We have a kitchenette with a refrigerator and microwave. There is also seating within this space available for clinicians needing a break.
